On Tuesday 14 October 2014 the Queensland Rural Press Club convened a panel presentation and discussion on Selling sustainability—what’s in it for Australian agriculture? The CEO of the ALM Group, Tony Gleeson, was one of three panelists. His essential point is that, in touting our ‘clean and green’ credentials, we already promote ‘green’. What we now need to do is market this in ways that deliver benefits to progressive landholders and others along differentiated supply chains.
