OUR TRAINERS AND AUDITORS

Supporting participating landholders is at the core of the ALM Group approach. We don’t just give landholders a workbook and leave them to it. Accredited trainers using customised software support landholders through development and implementation workshops. Our trainers develop close relationships with the groups they work with and are on hand to provide support and answer questions.

“What I liked about the ALM Group approach is that after completing the workshops we ended up with an action plan for our farm rather than a lot of work to do to develop a plan.” ALM Group landholder

Independent auditors make sure that action plans comply with ALM Group requirements. All auditors are trained and have to meet eligibility criteria, including relevant agricultural and environmental management experience.

“I have been linked with the ALM Group in one way or another for about 7 years now, and jumped at the chance to be involved at the board level.  I have always been inspired by what the organisation is doing, and the vision that they have had from the outset in terms of how land managers could and should be recognised for great environmental work.  I am very much looking forward to being part of this in the future”.

Julia grew up on her family farm in western Queensland, and while she loves to travel and has done so extensively, rural and regional Queensland will always be where she makes her home.Supporting participating landholders is at the core of the ALM Group approach.
